To truly love an album is to make it your own, connecting songs to moments, thoughts, emotions, ideas, and people. Do you remember, for example, where you were and what you were doing the first time you heard “Good Times” by Jamie xx? You probably do! That thought probably still makes you happy! This is the magic of music!

After his return to dance music last year turned out to be a false start, Wolfgang Gartner is starting 2016 stronger than ever as he prepares for the imminent release of his second album.
As Gartner (real name: Joey Youngman) announced yesterday (January 5) on Twitter, his new album is set to drop on January 22 in the United States; international dates are still to come. The as-yet untitled LP is his first studio effort in five years, following 2011’s Weekend in America. As he so eloquently tweeted, “I’m back bitches!”
Youngman’s comeback has been a while in the making. Before he cut short his most recent tour due to health concerns, he had released a new single, “Unholy,” in October 2014. Upon its premiere, he told Billboard, “I basically have an album with 12 songs almost ready.”
Though he remained largely quiet on the production front through the year, in February Youngman wrote a lengthy diatribe on the pitfalls of the social media in music, noting that “an artist with a vibrant, thriving social media profile and personality and “so-so” music may have a better shot at getting signed or achieving success than the artist with no social media presence and amazing music.”
He then bounced back with a vengeance in October with a raucous, party-starting track, “Turn Up,” featuring UK grime star Wiley and rapper Trina. Listen to it below.

Ali Fedotowsky is pregnant! The former “Bachelorette” is expecting a baby with fiancé Kevin Manno.
As Gossip Cop reported, Fedotowsky announced her engagement to radio personality Manno last September. The couple, who became friends after meeting in his hometown of Chicago, were dating for more than a year when he proposed after moving to Los Angeles. Now in the midst of wedding planning, they have a baby to prepare for, too.
Fedotowsky adorably shared the news on Twitter on Wednesday, using emojis to represent herself, Manno, their dog, and their impending arrival. This will be the first child for the spouses-to-be. They have not revealed the baby’s gender.
This will also be Fedotowsky’s first marriage. She was famously engaged to Roberto Martinzez after he proposed on the 2010 finale of “The Bachelorette.” They split in 2011. Fedotowsky has remained close to the franchise, however, and is blogging about the new season of “The Bachelor,” which began earlier this week.
But Fedotowsky doesn’t have the only “Bachelor”/”Bachelorette” baby on the way. As Gossip Cop previously reported, former “Bachelor” Sean Lowe and wife Catherine Giudici announced they are expecting their first child less than a month ago. Now it looks like there will be a “Bachelor Nation” baby boom in 2016!
Shelton began the Twitter spree, first writing, “My news years resolution for 2016 was to be on the cover of every sh*tty ass tabloid known to man…. Whew!!! That was easy!!!!!” While the country singer exaggerated a bit, he was on the cover of both In Touch and Starlast week, as both magazines falsely claimed he and Stefani were expecting a baby. Gossip Cop, of course, correctly busted both reports.
One fan marveled in response to Shelton’s tweet, “Impressive! Note even a week into the New Year!” The country superstar enthusiastically replied, “High five!!!!” It was after that that Stefani weighed in.
“Your [sic] so funny and #cute,” she tweeted to her boyfriend, adding, “#jinx #newyearsresolution gx.” Shelton replied, “And with that it’s already a great 2016!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! @gwenstefani.” That in turn led Stefani to tweet back, “@blakeshelton eeeeekkkkkk!!!!!gx #wecoulddothisallday.”
As Gossip Cop has reported, Shelton and Stefani began dating in early November. For weeks after, though, they never directly commented on the relationship. That changed last month when Stefani posted a short video of Shelton repeatedly kissing her cheek. So far they still seem to be going strong in the new year… without a baby on the way.
Kandi Burruss gave birth to a baby boy on Wednesday, Gossip Cop can confirm. Just hours before the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star and her husband Todd Tucker welcomed their son, he wrote on Instagram, “Getting ready for Baby Tucker 1.6.16. I can’t wait to meet my little man!”
This is the couple’s first child together, though Burruss also has a 13-year-old daughter named Riley, and Tucker has a 19-year-old daughter named Kaela, both from previous relationships. The newborn’s name has not yet been announced.
As Gossip Cop reported, Burruss announced her pregnancy last July, a few months after the reality star revealed she was undergoing in vitro fertilization. Her struggle with infertility was a major plot point on the latest season of the “Real Housewives of Atlanta,” as was her and Tucker’s marital issues, which mostly stemmed from their difficulty conceiving.
The couple got married in April 2014 after a year-long engagement, and their wedding aired on Bravo as part of a “Real Housewives” spin-off series titled “Kandi’s Wedding.” Tucker was a former line producer on the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” and began dating Burruss during the fourth season in 2011.
Gossip Cop congratulates Burruss and Tucker on the birth of their son!
